Chongqing City Federation of industrial and commerce fifth session of the fourth committee held in Chongqing Yue Lai International Exhibition Center on Juan.18th,2016. Chongqing Qianneng Group Chairman Zhang Longyi awarded “ Chongqing city glorious cause outstanding individual” on this session.

　　"Glorious Cause" is the cause that China's private entrepreneurs responding "national 8-7 Plan" initiated and implemented a poverty alleviation and development as the theme. On April 23,1994,  the private entrepreneurs initiative “ Let's plunge into poverty glorious cause”, the cause is thus initiated.
