September 29th morning, the ceremony for Tongliang District focused on the construction held at the intersection of the east side of the Guang Long road and the Zhong Xing road. Tongliang district Party committee secretary Chen Yong, mayor Tang Chuan, director of the District People's Congress Ye Yonghai, district committee chairman Bi Xie Zhong, leaders attended the groundbreaking ceremony.
