On March 6th,2015, Wenshang company held 2015 annual operation analysis conference, the conference is host by vice general manager Guo Kejin, all staff of the company attend the meeting.
　　On the meeting,firstly, vice general manager Guo Kejin conveyed the conclusion of  the group company 2015 development seminar; announced the company appointment notice. Secondly general manager Yao Wei made report of 2014 Wenshang company working conclusion; arranged the important work and the main task of 2015;  Thirdly is general manager Yao Wei signed the safety production and operation target responsibility with each department manager.
　　General Yaowei said: Wenshang company to work is stable, positive in the whole 2014, and achieved the task that the group company given,and laid a solid foundation for the successful completion of the Group “ second five years”, the development of the company is prosperity and stable. But also caused some new problems during the development, mainly as following: 1.Problems with professional and technical personnel; 2. The quality of the projects problem; 3. The management system implementation problem; 4.The marketing operating mode problem; 5.the sales problem for the CNG station; 6. The problem for security work has not be implemented and so on.
　　For the above problems, general manager Yao Wei gave the solutions and ask the staff should further emancipate the mind, spirit, speed up the pace in 2015, the new start point of Wenshang company; At the same time, the existence of problems, requiring all employees to recognize the place, the method to be the right path, to work on effective; should adopt the new normal, the market demand as the guide, search the new opportunity,for the full completion of the task group issued, re-innovation success!
